How to reach a coordinator and what to send so the first reply already contains a price.

By e-mail

Quotes, bookings, claims and questions all go to the address in the company information below. Messages are read on working days and answered in order, normally within one working day. Write in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

For a quote, send

• origin and destination addresses (city and country are enough to start);
• the approximate moving date;
• what is being moved — number of rooms, or a list of large items, or a vehicle;
• access details: floor, lift, parking for a truck.

For an existing move

Quote the booking reference so the coordinator opens the right file. Claims are described in the Terms of Service and follow the period stated in the booking.

Requests about your data

The requests described in the Privacy Policy go to the same address.
