What estimates, destinations and third parties mean on a transport site.

1. Estimates

Prices, volumes and transit times published or quoted are estimates until confirmed in a booking. A quote made without a survey is based on what you described.

2. Destinations

Cities and countries named on the site are destinations we have served or serve through partner agents. Naming a destination is not a promise that a move there can be booked on any given date.

3. Customs and regulations

Import rules, duties and restricted goods are set by the destination country and can change without notice. We advise on what we know at the time; the final word is the customs authority’s.

4. Partners and carriers

Sea, air and road legs are performed by carriers under their own conditions of carriage. Partner agents at origin or destination act under their own terms. We select them with care and coordinate the move, but their conditions apply to their leg.

5. Reviews and news

Customer reviews are published as received, with the reviewer’s consent, and describe that customer’s experience. News articles reflect the date they were written.
