Cancelling a booking, recovering a deposit, and what happens to money already paid.

This site takes no payment and has no checkout. Moves are quoted, booked and paid for through the written confirmation issued by our coordinators.

Cancelling before the packing date

A booking cancelled in writing before the packing date stated in the confirmation is refunded in full, deposit included, except for costs already incurred on your instruction — a survey visit, materials delivered, or a customs filing already made. Those are itemised in the refund note.

Cancelling on or after the packing date

Once the crew has been dispatched, the confirmation states what is retained. As a rule this covers the crew day and any transport already booked with a carrier that cannot be recovered.

Cancellations on our side

If we cannot perform the move as booked and cannot offer a date you accept, all amounts paid are returned in full, by the means they were paid.

How to request

Write to the address in the company information below, quote the booking reference, and say you are cancelling. Receipt is confirmed in writing and refunds are issued within the period stated in the confirmation.
